Building Services Our building service engineers undertake a variety of services, all of which follow a planned preventative maintenance scheme, compiled closely with the client as to ensure all equipment is regularly maintained. As part of our Building Services contracts the engineers maintain and inspect inverter drives, water treatment testing along with filter and drive belt replacements. We specialise in retrofitting refrigerants and have completed many applications of differing size and type by replacing R22 with a viable alternative. Our engineers are trained in VRV and VRF systems and can maintain and install any type of air conditioning system whilst specialising in Daikin and Mitsubishi. We are Gas Safe registered with engineers trained in servicing and installing both commercial and domestic boilers. We are an F-GAS certified company with all of our engineers approved to work with and handle refridgerants. Our services include but are not limited to:
